MSCA AGILE

Advanced Training for Next Generation Scientists in Spatio-Temporal Imaging of Plant Cells

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network

Légende à mettre

Transforming plant science through quantitative imaging

Understanding how plants grow and respond to their environment requires insights from the molecular level to the entire organism. Quantitative microscopy provides this opportunity.

Supported by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme, the AGILE project offers interdisciplinary doctoral training in imaging and computational analysis focused on plant systems.

Researchers investigate the structure and function of plant cell nuclei, uncovering principles that influence growth, development and adaptation to environmental changes with FAIR principles.
